Jaz Riley is a singer-songwriter originally from a small coastal town just outside of Newcastle, currently based in Edinburgh.

 

Jaz has a melancholic folk sound built around acoustic storytelling. Inspired by nature and personal experiences, Jaz writes honest, intimate songs that explore connection, growth, and the beauty of the mundane. 

 

Jaz released their first single, 'Feathers', in May 2025 and went on to release their debut EP, 'The Rest Will Follow', in late April this year. Following its release, they put on an EP launch at Home Bar. The EP has since received airplay across both BBC Introducing Scotland and BBC Introducing North East.
